Book well in advance to ensure your event date.
A $20 payment is required to hold release date. Full payment required prior to handler leaving for event if not scheduled in advance. We accept Cashapp and Venmo, cash is preferred.
To receive a full refund, cancelations must be made in writing at least 1 week in advance (exceptions are funerals/memorials).
Funeral/Memorial payment must be made in full to handler prior to release.
In the event of inclement weather such as rain, ice, snow, heavy winds or fog a full refund will be given if we choose to cancel the release.
