Book well in advance to ensure your event date.
A $50 deposit is required to reserve the release date. Full payment required prior to handler releasing the birds. We accept CashApp and Venmo, cash is preferred.
To receive a full refund, cancelations must be made in writing at least 1 week in advance (exceptions are funerals/memorials).
Funeral/Memorial payment must be made in full to handler prior to release.
In the event of inclement weather such as rain, ice, snow, heavy winds or fog a full refund will be given if we choose to cancel the release.
